Financial Services Admin Manager

We have a vacancy for a full time Financial Services Admin Manager to run and manage our dynamic admin team at our offices in Shenstone Wood End, near Lichfield and Sutton Coldfield.

Reporting to our Practice Manager the hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Salary is commensurate with skills and experience.

Financial Services experience is essential. The successful applicant will also have experience of staff scheduling, managing a team and be able to demonstrate an understanding of financial management, records and budgets. Other essential requirements are excellent customer service skills, experience of maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, a willingness to accept responsibility and the ability to use own initiative. Computer literate with a good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and people/customer information systems.

The successful applicant will be delivery focussed with a natural drive for quality throughout all they do, a keen eye for detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.

The main responsibilities include overseeing organisational administration and managing a team of administrators, managing our compliance obligations, leading the financial management and accounting function of the business and deal with all HR for the team. Producing timely reports, projections and analysis of all management information reporting. The successful applicant will have the ability to demonstrate sound strategic decision making and ability to identify where improvements to processes are required. Attending weekly team meetings with all advisers and the management team.

Servicing Adviser

Four Oaks Financial Services Limited is seeking to recruit a Servicing Adviser to work as part of a team in conjunction with an established and successful financial adviser based in the Company’s prestigious offices in Shenstone Wood End, near Lichfield.

The successful candidate will benefit from working alongside a highly experienced Lead Consultant and the role will include helping the Lead Consultant work with Professional Connections in taking on high value new clients and delivering an ongoing quality financial planning service incorporating cash-flow planning. They will also get development support from Four Oaks’ Managing Director and Business Development Manager. Full para-planning and administration support will also be provided.

This role will suit either an experienced adviser or a newly-qualified adviser who is keen to learn from experienced advisers, eager to deliver a quality financial planning service to a client bank they will be supported in building. Whilst working on a self-employed basis there is considerable surety for the successful candidate around the drawings they will be able to earn as they share in the revenues they generate and service with the Lead Consultant. The successful candidate will be fully qualified to Level 4 Diploma status, and will be willing to consider further ongoing learning towards Chartered Status.  The candidate must also be able to demonstrate drive and commitment to help our clients with professional financial advice.

Year 1 OTE £30,000 - £45,000, rising to between £65,000 - £80,000 after 3 years
