We are delighted to announce that Becky Dyche has recently joined our Client Liaison Team as Client Liaison Executive. Becky is one of the first points of contact for our new clients because this team take all incoming calls from new clients. When a client calls for the first time Becky will find out what kind of financial advice the client needs and she will then match the client to the Financial Adviser most suited to help them and quickly arrange a meeting.
Becky has also become a familiar voice with our existing clients because she works closely with our highly trained and qualified Financial Advisers and is responsible for making appointments for financial review meetings.
Martin Ward, MD, Four Oaks Financial Services commented “Local financial advice throughout the Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and Lichfield areas is what Four Oaks Financial Services excels at and since joining the team in October, Becky has already proven herself to be a very capable member of the team and is great to work with.”
Becky is very experienced in business support and will be working even closer with our clients having taken on the task of administration of our ongoing Treating Customers Fairly client feedback programme.
We are very pleased to announce the birth of a baby boy to our Head of Client Support Team, Kimberley Bird. Noah John Malin was born on the 12th December 2016 at Queens Hospital Burton. He weighed in at 7lb 8oz. Kimberley and Noah are doing fine and have already been into the office to see us all. Congratulations Kimberley!
